What makes a good cover frame?
A sharp subject, a face if there is one, and enough empty space for a title overlay. Mid-motion frames look fine in a timeline and terrible as a still.
Why is the frame blurrier than the video looks?
Motion blur is invisible at 30 frames a second and obvious in a single still. Prefer frames where the subject has paused.
