How the PDF Accessibility Tag Checker works
- Filter postures by category (Warm-up, Standing, Backbends, Inversions, Restorative), or search by English or Sanskrit name, from a 26-pose library.
- Click + Add to place postures into your active flow timeline.
- Use the up/down arrows on any pose to reorder the flow, and customize hold durations (seconds) per pose — the cumulative practice time updates automatically.
- Copy your finished flow outline or download a spreadsheet plan for home or studio practice.
FAQ
How should a balanced yoga sequence be structured?
A traditional balanced Vinyasa flow follows an arc: (1) Grounding and breath awareness, (2) Gentle warm-up (Cat-Cow, Sun Salutations), (3) Standing poses & balances, (4) Peak poses (backbends/inversions), (5) Seated cool-down twists, and (6) Savasana (corpse pose) for relaxation.
Are both English and Sanskrit asana names provided?
Yes! Every posture in the library features its traditional Sanskrit name (e.g. Adho Mukha Svanasana, Virabhadrasana) alongside common English translations.
Can I adjust hold times for individual poses?
Yes. You can edit the duration in seconds for each posture to calibrate the flow for fast-paced Vinyasa or slower Yin / Restorative practices.
Can yoga teachers export sequences to share with students?
Yes. You can copy the full sequence as a structured text outline or download a CSV class plan.
Can I search the pose library instead of scrolling categories?
Yes — the search box above the library filters by English or Sanskrit name as you type, alongside the category dropdown.
Can I reorder poses after adding them to my flow?
Yes — each pose in your active sequence has up and down buttons to move it earlier or later in the flow without removing and re-adding it.
