Schedule
Core vaccination given 3 April 2026, next booster due around April 2027. Two optional vaccines suggested for boarding are listed separately as not yet given.
How the Pet Vaccination Schedule works
- Record what was given and when, from the vaccination card rather than memory.
- Note which are core and which were given for a specific reason such as boarding or travel.
- Take the record to the vet — schedules vary by region, by product, and by the individual animal's risk.
FAQ
Do all pets need the same vaccinations?
No. Core vaccines are recommended broadly, but non-core depend on lifestyle and local disease prevalence — an indoor cat and a farm cat have genuinely different risk profiles. Your vet decides based on where you live and how the animal lives.
Are annual boosters always needed?
Not for every vaccine. Some provide multi-year protection and guidance has moved away from automatic annual boosting for those, while others do need yearly renewal. It is product-specific and your vet will know which.
Why keep a record if the vet has one?
Because boarding kennels, groomers, travel authorities and a new vet after moving all ask for it. Having the card and a written record means never rescheduling something because the history is unclear.
