FAQ
What if my PDF has no fillable fields?
Then it doesn't have an interactive AcroForm — only PDFs created with real form fields (not just printed forms you'd fill by hand) can be filled this way. You'll see a message if none are found.
What field types are supported?
Text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio button groups. Less common field types are noted as unsupported and left unchanged.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No — the form is read and filled entirely in your browser using pdf-lib.
Does this flatten the form after filling?
No — the downloaded PDF keeps its fields editable, so it can still be opened and adjusted in a PDF viewer later.
