FAQ
Where do I paste the generated code?
Inside your page's <head> element, before the closing </head> tag. Most site builders and CMSs have a dedicated "custom head HTML" or SEO settings field for this.
Do I need every field filled in?
No — title and description are the most important. Leaving the image, Twitter handle, or author blank simply skips those tags rather than generating empty ones.
What's the difference between Open Graph and Twitter Card tags?
Open Graph (og:*) tags are the general standard used by Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, and most other platforms for link previews. Twitter/X reads Open Graph too, but its own twitter:* tags let you customize the card specifically for that platform — this tool generates both.
Will this affect how my page actually ranks?
Meta tags help search engines and social platforms understand and display your page correctly, but they aren't a ranking shortcut on their own — good tags support good content, they don't replace it.
