Meal Planner
Plan breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the week in a simple grid, then build a checkable shopping list alongside it. Runs entirely in your browser.

This week's menu
| Day | Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner |
|---|
Your shopping list is empty.
How it works
- Type what you're eating into each day's breakfast, lunch, and dinner cell.
- Add ingredients you need to the shopping list, one at a time or several at once.
- Check items off as you shop, or copy the whole list to take with you.
FAQ
Does my meal plan get saved anywhere?
No — the grid and shopping list live only in this browser tab's memory. Reloading the page or closing the tab clears them, so copy or print anything you want to keep.
Can I add items straight from what I typed in the menu?
Not automatically yet — type your menu in the grid, then add the ingredients you need to the shopping list box separately. Keeping them as two simple lists is easier to scan while you're actually shopping.
Can I add several items at once?
Yes — separate them with commas or put each on its own line, then click "Add".
Is there a limit to how many meals or items I can add?
No hard limit — everything runs in your browser's memory, so it's bounded only by your device.
