How does the mirroring work?
Every stroke you draw is duplicated and rotated around the canvas center at even angles (based on your segment count), plus mirrored across each segment — the same principle as a physical kaleidoscope's mirrors.
What does the segment count control?
How many rotational copies of your stroke are drawn — pick from 4 to 24. More segments create a denser, more intricate symmetric pattern from the same brush stroke, and changing it re-renders your existing drawing instantly.
Can I undo, change the brush, or export the result?
Yes — undo/redo (or Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z), round/soft/marker brush presets with size, opacity and colour, an eraser, adjustable rotation and centre point, transparent/white/custom backgrounds, and a high-resolution PNG download (with transparency preserved) plus Copy image where the browser supports it.
Can I use this on a touchscreen?
Yes — it uses pointer events, which work with mouse, touch, and stylus input alike.
Is my drawing saved or uploaded anywhere?
No — everything is drawn locally on a canvas; only clicking "Download PNG" saves it, directly to your device. Reloading the page clears the canvas, so download anything you want to keep.
What resolution is the downloaded PNG?
The exported PNG is rendered at 2000×2000 pixels regardless of your screen size, so it stays sharp if you print it or use it as a larger graphic.
Is this the same thing as a mandala drawing tool?
