- Low estimate
- Typical estimate
- High estimate
Ballpark only, based on commonly cited industry rate-per-follower ranges — actual rates vary widely by niche, audience quality, and negotiation.
How it works
- Enter follower count, engagement rate, and platform.
- A base rate per 1,000 followers (specific to the platform) is applied to your follower count.
- The result is adjusted up or down based on how your engagement compares to a 2% baseline.
The formula
Estimate = (followers ÷ 1000) × platform rate × engagement multiplier, where the multiplier scales with how far your engagement rate sits above or below 2%, capped at a −50% to +100% adjustment.
FAQ
How accurate is this estimate?
It's a ballpark based on commonly cited rate-per-1000-follower ranges — real rates depend heavily on niche, audience location, past brand deals, and negotiation, and can vary several times over from this estimate.
Why does engagement rate affect the price?
A creator with the same follower count but higher engagement typically commands a higher rate, since engaged audiences convert better for brands — this tool nudges the estimate up or down around a 2% baseline.
Why do rates differ by platform?
Video-based content (YouTube integrations especially) generally commands higher per-follower rates than a single photo post, reflecting the greater production effort and typically longer brand exposure.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No — this is a simple local calculation; nothing about your account or follower count is transmitted.
