FAQ
How is drop-off calculated?
For each stage after the first, drop-off is the percentage decrease in count compared to the immediately preceding stage: (previous − current) / previous × 100.
What does "% of total" mean?
It shows each stage's count as a percentage of the very first stage's count, so you can see overall conversion from the top of the funnel to any given step.
Can stage counts increase from one step to the next?
The tool does not enforce a strictly decreasing funnel — if a later stage has a higher count than an earlier one, the drop-off will simply show as negative, which can be a useful data-quality signal.
Where does the funnel data come from?
