How it works
- Enter the event name, attendee name, date, time, venue, and seat or section details.
- Choose a ticket type — General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, or Backstage — and set an accent color, then optionally add an organizer logo.
- A ticket ID generates automatically and encodes into a QR code on the tear-off stub; select New ID any time you need a different one.
- Review the live preview as every field updates in place, then select Download PNG for a shareable image, or Print / save PDF for a print-ready ticket.
The layout method
The ticket follows the familiar stub layout — a wider main panel with the event and attendee details, and a narrower tear-off stub carrying the ticket type, QR code, and ticket ID, separated by a dashed perforation line.
FAQ
Does the ticket include a QR code?
Yes. The QR code on the stub encodes the ticket ID shown beneath it, so a standard QR reader at check-in can read the reference instantly.
Can I download the ticket as an image or PDF?
Yes. Use Download PNG for a 1600×600px image rendered from your entered details, or Print / save PDF and choose your browser's Save as PDF destination.
Is attendee information uploaded or stored anywhere?
No. The form, live preview, QR code, and both PNG and PDF export happen entirely in your browser. Names, seat details, and any logo you add are not sent to a server.
Can I generate tickets for a whole guest list at once?
Not from this page — it is built for creating and reviewing one ticket at a time. For bulk runs, generate each attendee's ticket individually, or use a CSV-driven or API-based tool designed for batch output.
Does the QR code validate tickets at the door?
The QR code encodes the ticket ID for a scanner to read, but this tool does not check attendees in or track redemptions — it only creates the ticket design and the code printed on it. Pair it with your own guest list or check-in system if you need live validation.
What logo formats can I use?
The interface accepts common browser-readable images including PNG, JPG, WebP, and SVG. A compact, roughly square logo fits the header best.
