- The checklist rebuilds instantly: base questions every visit should cover, plus category-specific questions, plus a few keyword-triggered extras (family history, timing, pregnancy, etc.).

The method
The generator combines three sources: a fixed base set of questions relevant to any visit (cause, tests, treatment, follow-up), category-specific question groups chosen from your checkboxes or auto-detected from keywords in your description, and a small set of conditional extras triggered by specific words (like "family" for hereditary risk, or "morning"/"night" for symptom timing). Severity above 7/10 adds an urgency question; severity at or below 2/10 adds a watchful-waiting question. Duplicate questions are removed before the list is shown.

How does the tool decide which questions to include?
It scans the symptom description you type for keywords (like "headache", "nausea", "cough", "rash") plus whichever category checkboxes you tick, and uses those to pull in a matching set of question groups — pain, digestive, respiratory, skin, mood, or medication — on top of a base set every visit should cover (cause, tests, treatment options, follow-up).
Does it give medical advice?
No. It only generates questions to ask a doctor, never answers or diagnoses. Your severity rating, duration, and symptom text stay in your browser and are only used to phrase the checklist — nothing is sent to a server.
Can I print or save the checklist?
