The formula
file size (bytes) = bitrate (kbps) × 1000 × duration (seconds) ÷ 8
Example: a 45-minute (2,700 second) episode at 192 kbps ≈ 192,000 × 2,700 ÷ 8 ≈ 64.8 MB.
