Canva Voice Changer
Canva’s voice changer works on files you already have. Upload an MP3, M4A, WAV or MP4, or enter an audio URL, then choose from vocal styles, pitches and tones to change the voice track. It’s handy if the clip is already part of a video you’re putting together.
The file cap is 15MB, so longer recordings may need trimming first. It’s also a feature inside a much larger design platform, which is more than you need if you just want to hear yourself as a robot.
Voice.ai Voice Changer
Voice.ai’s online tool lets you upload a file or record with your microphone, then converts it with AI voices. It accepts .mp3, .wav and .flac, and the page calls it free of charge.
Clips are limited to 15 seconds, and the page says you get unlimited conversions by registering, using a Discord or Twitch account or an email address. For live voice changing it points you to a separate desktop app.
