The awkward part is choosing what makes that page. Search for a contact sheet maker and you get tools that cap the free tier at one sheet, tools that export a PNG when you needed something printable, and photo editors where the feature is buried three menus deep.
How to judge a contact sheet tool
Does it output a real PDF? A PDF holds page size, margins and a predictable print scale. A PNG of a grid is fine on screen but prints at whatever size the print dialog decides.
Are the filenames on the sheet? The point of a proof sheet is that someone can quote DSC_4471.jpg back to you. Without filenames you have a nice grid and no way to act on the feedback.
Where do the images go? Client work and unreleased product shots have reasons not to be uploaded. A tool that renders locally in the browser sidesteps the question.

A straightforward browser tool with the controls that matter for a screen-bound grid: column count, gap size, cell size and background colour. It states plainly that it runs in your browser with no server upload, so it is a reasonable pick for photos you would rather not hand over.
The gap is print. The page describes downloading the contact sheet image and does not list a PDF export, so page size and margins are not yours to set. For a Slack message or a quick visual overview that is fine; for something going to a printer it is a step backwards.
FLOGVIT Contact Sheet Generator
