Does this tool upload my data?
No. The QR code is generated entirely in your browser — the content you enter never leaves your device.
Why does it warn about color contrast?
QR scanners rely on a strong light/dark difference between modules and background. Colors that are too close in brightness can make the code unreadable, even though it looks fine on screen.
What's the difference between square and rounded modules?
Both encode the identical data — rounded modules just draw each dark square with rounded corners for a softer look. Scannability is unaffected either way.
Can I use it without an account?
